The facility is located in the Town of Mt. Jackson and adjacent to U.S. Rt. 11 and 1/4 mile from Interstate 81.   

Space

Currently a 100,000 sq.ft. space is available.  A second building is under construction.  Final build out can be 700,000 sq.ft.    Owner would consider multi tenants.  Lease price of $4.50 is below the regions market rate.

Construction

The exterior walls are precast concrete.  Ceiling height is 27 ft. at the eaves.  The floors are reinforced concrete and 6 inches thick.  Column spacing is 50' x 50'.  

The facility is equipped with 14 dock doors (9' x 10' sectional overhead) and 14 dock levelers and 14 dock seals.  Heating system is propane.  Equipped with sprinkler system.  Paved parking lot.

Utilities

Water and sewer services are provided by the Town of Mt. Jackson.  Electrical service is provided by Dominion Power.  Telephone service is provided by Shentel.
