The site is bounded on the north by Rt. 651, west by I-81 and to east by U.S. Route 11 and has immediate access to Exit 291 Toms Brook/I-81 interchange.  Interstate 66 is located 8 miles to the north.      

Size

The site has 194 acres zoned M-2 and 30 acres zoned B-2.  The parcel is L shaped and can be subdivided.    

Physical Characteristics

The topography is rolling.  The site is not in a flood plain.

Utilities

Public water is located approximately 300' southeast of the property at Rt. 651.  Sanitary sewer is located on the northeast side of the property.  The property is within the Toms Brook Sanitary District.

Transportation

The site has immediate access to Exit 291 Toms Brook/I-81 interchange.  I-66 is eight miles to the north.  Norfolk Southern has rail serve to the eastern portion of the site.
