Mt. Jackson Industrial Park

The park is located 1.5 miles from the I-81 Exit 269 at the southern end of the Town of Mt. Jackson.        

Size

The site has 113 acres zoned M-1.  The largest tract is a 72 acre site located west of the Norfolk Southern Railroad.      

Physical Characteristics

The topography is flat to rolling.  The site is not in a flood plain. 

Utilities

The Town of Mt. Jackson provides water and sewer service to the industrial park.  Natural gas is available.  

Transportation

The park is 1.5 miles from I-81 - Exit 269 Shenandoah Caverns interchange.  Norfolk Southern provides rail serve to the western edge of the park.
