The facility is located in Mauretown and adjacent to U.S. Rt. 11. 

Space

Total available sq.ft. is 75,626.  The largest contiguous space is the warehouse space which is 51,776 sq.ft.  The manufacturing space is 21,850 and the office area is 2,000 sq.ft. 

Construction

The exterior walls are tilt up concrete and masonry.  The roof is rubber membrane.  Ceiling height is 22 ft. at the eaves.  The floors are reinforced concrete and 5 inches thick.

The facility is equipped with four dock doors. 

Utilities

The Toms Brook/Mauretown Water/Sewer Authority supplies the facility with both water and sewer.  Electrical service is provided by VA Power.  Telephone service is provided by Shentel.

Transportation

Property is adjacent to U.S. Rt. 11 and 2.25 miles to the Toms Brook interchange with with Interstate 81.   The building is rail served by Norfolk and Southern
